Updated Practice Notes and Forms

The Rule Committee has made changes to the following approved forms and Practice Notes.

Updated Practice Notes and Usual Directions:

• Practice Notes 17A and 32
• “Timetable and Directions - Usual Directions”

New Form:

• Form43A – Witness Statement

Updated Forms:

• Form 1 – General Application
• Form 43 – Affidavit

Rescinded Practice Notes and Form

• Practice Note 26 and Form 57 are rescinded effective 24 October 2023.
• Practice Note 30A is rescinded effective 27 October 2023.
