Exemptions
Fees are not payable by an industrial organisation or association registered under Chapter 5 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 except for the following:
     > fees for copying documents 
     > fees for duplicate cassette of sound recorded evidence 
     > fees for transcripts of evidence 

Filing fees are not payable by Government Departments or Statutory Authorities (with the exception of WorkCover NSW) whose expenditure is funded from the Consolidated Fund.

The Industrial Registrar may direct that the whole or any part of a fee be postponed, waived or remitted on grounds of financial hardship. Applications must be in writing and accompanied by supporting documentation.
