New online forms: Notification of Industrial Dispute and Public Sector Disciplinary Appeal forms

Parties are now able to use online filing to notify industrial disputes and to file the Public Sector Disciplinary Appeal form and the Employer’s Response to Public Sector Disciplinary Appeal form.
This is in addition to the Unfair Dismissal forms which have been available for online filing since May 2022.
Parties will receive notifications with stamped and filed documents and will be able to access filed documents through the Online Registry.
At the same time, online filing will be available in Commission matters for the following UCPR forms:
Notice of Appearance (UCPR Form 6A) (this form may be used in lieu of IRC Form 37)
Notice of Discontinuance (UCPR Form 33) (this form may be used in lieu of IRC Form 38)
Notice of Change of Solicitor or Appointment of Solicitor (UCPR Form 77) (this form may be used in lieu of IRC Form 45)
Notice of Removal of Solicitor (UCPR Form 78)
Notice of Intention to File Notice of Ceasing to Act (UCPR Form 79) (this form may be used in lieu of IRC Form 45)
Notice of Ceasing to Act (UCPR Form 80).

Alternative options for filing forms
Parties may continue to file forms with supporting documents at the Office of the Industrial Registrar at Level 10, 10 Smith Street, Parramatta or by post.

Initiating process documents with limitation periods, such as Unfair Dismissal application forms and Application for Public Sector Disciplinary Appeal forms can be filed in person at the Commission or at a Local Court in NSW.
