Fitted face coverings (masks)
Masks must be worn in all public corridors and waiting areas within the Commission.
Everyone in a Hearing Room or Meeting Room must wear a mask, unless:
a) the person concerned is an active participant in the proceedings namely the presiding Member, an industrial officer or a legal representative who is responsible for presenting the case, an unrepresented party or a witness giving evidence;
b) one of the exemptions stated in the Public Health (COVID-19 Mandatory Face Coverings) Order 2021 applies; or

In light of the ongoing risk of transmission of COVID-19 in the New South Wales community the Commission will revert to the 4m2 and 1.5m spacing principles. Signs on the entry to each Hearing Room and Meeting Room note the number of people permitted in each room.
There is a QR code at the entry to the Commission's premises in Parramatta and Newcastle. All persons attending the Commission's premises are requested to "check-in". The public, legal practitioners and other representatives of parties are required to "check-in".
