UCPR Forms

The Commission is pleased to announce that parties will soon be able to file specific UCPR forms online. As we move towards that end, effective immediately, the Commission will accept certain UCPR forms as alternatives to the specific Commission forms.  The relevant UCPR forms are now available on the Commission’s website https://www.irc.nsw.gov.au/irc/practice-and-procedures/forms.html

Notice of Change of Solicitor or Appointment of Solicitor (UCPR 77) (this may be used in lieu of IRC Form 45)

Notice of Intention to File Notice of Ceasing to Act (UCPR 79) (this may be used in lieu of IRC Form 45)

Notice of Appearance (UCPR 6A) (this may be used in lieu of IRC Form 37)

Notice of Discontinuance (UCPR 33) (this may be used in lieu of IRC Form 38)

The roll-out of online filing of these UCPR forms, and three additional Commission forms is expected later this week.

The existing Commission forms will be accepted by the Industrial Registry until 23 December 2022 unless otherwise directed by the Registrar.
