Other than for urgent matters, the Registry will be closed from midday on Friday 23 December 2022 and will re-open at 9:00 am on Monday 9 January 2023.
Urgent matters
Any party wishing to notify an urgent industrial dispute or to make an urgent enquiry should contact the Commission on 8688 3516 or for an urgent matter outside usual Commission hours on 0401 142 429.
A party identifying a dispute as urgent must provide sufficient reasons in writing to support the stated urgency.
